Imogen and Lev are on their honeymoon cruise in the Mediterranean when Imogen suspects that Lev is being unfaithful. An argument later and Lev falls from the ship into the sea. He's found but has total amnesia over the event. At home, Imogen is terrified that his memories will return, but also can't let go the fact that she suspects he was cheating, or worse.
Go into this one blind - I was literally blown away by the twist! Imogen is a classic unreliable character - is her mind inventing problems with her relationship with Lev? Is she becoming obsessed - again? You could feel all of her emotions and the sense of dread that enveloped her. Just who could she trust? Or you can you as the reader trust? Told from dual POV, the plot was so well done and the tension palpable. This is a wonderful psychological thriller that will keep you glued - don't miss it!
