Each recipe includes pictures and step-by-step instructions to make starter and wonderful breads. Plus, the author gives a wonderful introduction into bread making with needed equipment, ingredient information and troubleshooting tips.
If you are wanting to delve into sourdough baking while you are at home now, this is the book for you!
