Roz lives in Ireland with her best friend, she just lost her job, is broke and pregnant. She had a tough childhood and she wants her child to have the perfect mother. She signs on with an elite adoption agency in the US and soon a celebrity couple wants to meet her. They pay all her expenses to bring her to NYC to meet and discuss plans, without yet revealing their names. When she finds out that it is the "it" Hollywood celebrity couple, she's eager for her baby to have all the best. The couple, Sheridan & Daniel, move her into their home where Sheridan rules her every move. So much so that Roz soon feels like a prisoner in the basement suite. And that's just the beginning of her worries.
This is a well-written thriller which will keep you gripped until you find out what happens to Roz and her baby.
