Emily meets Adam they fall happily in love. Everything seems perfect - until she meets Pammie, his mother. Pammie seems hellbent on destroying any chance of happiness the two have, exploits Adam's neediness for his mother, and never misses an opportunity for a snarky comment. Adam seems oblivious to his mother's treatment of Emily which only threatens their bond further.
Enough said - you need to just read this book. The ending will leave you speechless! Highly recommended - I couldn't put it down and loved this book!
